welcome to anEndlessArray.
this blog is the mental dribble of lauren scime, web designer and developer and co-owner of the design firm object adjective. there is no denying that some sort of introductory statement is neccessary. so okay then, here’s an explanation of why this blog exists:
basically, the idea is to publish a constantly evolving database of everything i can possibly collect: thoughts on web design and development, ideas, links to useful resources (developer sites, tutorials, art and design sites, articles, new music, etc.), code snippits (css, clientside scripts, etc), and archive of my photographs, other cool images, sound files, video files, hell……even recipes (i found a great one for hardboiling eggs the other day – forgive me, as far as culinary arts go, i’m a beginner).
furthermore, i will be creating alternate stylesheets and themes for this blog and the forum subdomain (which i will make available for you to download and use). i will publish any scripts that i use, and fully explain how they are applied and how you can appropriate. any media that i publish here is open source, and free to use. The only thing that I ask is that if you modify or change any of my work, you should repost it on the forum in the appropriate section for other people to use as well. we don’t copywrite here, we copy-left. so share. it’s like the “take-a-penny-leave-a-penny” tray at the convenience store, only more rewarding
